Harvest Restaurants began in 1996 with the opening of Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery by the Grabowski family. Today, Harvest Restaurants has grown to 13 Restaurants and a Catering Division throughout northern and central New Jersey. The Grabowskis have welcomed nearly 1000 team members to their family. Pictured on the right are Culinary Directors, Bruce Johnson and Bill Hendra, who were the first two employees of Harvest Restaurants.
